About The Role:
We are looking for an experienced and driven Food & Beverage Manager to take full ownership of our hospitality and events operation.
This is a hands-on leadership role with real scope to shape and grow the club’s F&B and events offering, from matchday service to private functions, corporate bookings, and community activations.
You will play a key role in building a high-quality, commercially successful, and community-led hospitality experience at the heart of Flixton FC.
Key Responsibilities:
Food & Beverage Operations
- Oversee the day-to-day management of all F&B outlets including bar, kitchen, mobile catering, and function spaces
- Maintain high standards of service, quality, and compliance with health & safety regulations
- Manage stock, suppliers, and purchasing to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations
- Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver a consistently high-quality customer experience
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless front and back-of-house delivery
Events & Commercial Growth
- Act as the lead contact for all event enquiries from booking through to delivery
- Work with clients to understand requirements and create tailored event experiences
- Develop and refine event packages to drive bookings and revenue
- Coordinate staffing, logistics, and delivery across matchdays, private events, and functions
- Identify and grow new opportunities across events, partnerships, and community use
Financial & Strategic Leadership
- Manage budgets, revenue targets, and overall P&L performance across F&B and events
- Implement pricing, sales, and upselling strategies to maximise profitability
- Track performance and identify areas for operational and commercial improvement
- Play a key role in shaping the long-term clubhouse and hospitality strategy
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience in a Food & Beverage management role, ideally within a venue offering both hospitality and events
- Strong understanding of operations, cost control, and team leadership
- Experience managing events, bookings, and client relationships
- Commercial mindset with the ability to grow revenue streams
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-use environment
- Experience with booking systems or hospitality software (desirable)
