- Hours: Part-time (Thursday – Sunday, including matchdays)
- Pay: £11.44 – £12.50 per hour (dependent on experience)

About The Role:
We are looking for friendly, reliable, and energetic Bar Staff to join our team as we relaunch the clubhouse.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you’ll play a key part in creating a welcoming atmosphere for supporters, members, and guests, from busy matchdays to private functions and social evenings.
Whether you have experience behind a bar or are looking to get started in hospitality, this is a great opportunity to be part of a growing club environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks efficiently and professionally
- Operate a cashless bar using card payment systems
- Pour pints, serve wines, spirits, and bottled drinks to a high standard
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and stock levels behind the bar
- Change kegs and support cellar basics where required
- Assist with clearing glasses and keeping customer areas tidy during busy periods
- Follow responsible alcohol service and licensing guidelines
- Contribute to a positive, welcoming atmosphere for all customers
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous bar or hospitality experience preferred (but not essential)
- Friendly, confident, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and matchdays
- Must be 18+ due to alcohol service
