We made it back-to-back league victories on Saturday afternoon with an impressive 4-2 win away at Ashville.

Despite a competitive opening 45 minutes, neither side could find the breakthrough before the interval, with the teams going into half-time locked at 0-0.

Ashville struck first shortly after the restart to take the lead, but our response was outstanding. Aaron Dwyer levelled the scores before adding his second of the afternoon to put us 2-1 in front. Lewis Byrne then extended our advantage, and defender Jeffry Edos Oni rounded off a superb turnaround with our fourth goal to give us a commanding 4-1 lead.

Ashville grabbed a late consolation goal, but it did little to take the shine off another excellent away performance as we secured all three points.

A brilliant afternoon for Aaron, whose two well-taken goals sparked our comeback and helped swing the game firmly in our favour. He worked tirelessly throughout and was a constant threat to the Ashville defence, earning a deserved Player of the Match award.
